FACTS ABOUT REGGIE

  • Reggie grew up in neighboring Idaho and chose Missoula 25 years ago as the place to build her life and raise her multiracial family. She found a welcoming community, and has been proud to call it home ever since.

  • Reggie holds a PhD in environmental chemistry and works for a small, innovative business developing scientific instruments used around the world. In this role she also mentors and trains local high school and University students, helping cultivate the next generation of scientists and problem-solvers.

  • Reggie serves as Chair of the Missoula City/County Community Access and Engagement Advisory Board, where she works to ensure that every Missoula County resident has a meaningful voice in local government.

  • Through her leadership with the American Geophysical Union, Reggie has developed a strong understanding of science policy, and will bring that experience to the Montana legislature to make science work for Montanans.

  • As a political outsider, Reggie offers fresh ideas, independent thinking, and a commitment to building productive relationships with legislators from both parties to get results for Montana families.
